2013 - Brisbane CBD
A new CBD was visioned for Brisbane along the river area including the North Quay, Square and Treasury Casino. It was hypothesised that transportation was ceased around this area, and the Treasury Casino was vacant and required a new use.
This design responded to the analysis that showed Brisbane City was currently closed to the River. Easy access was created from the river to the top square where a large deck and cafe is designed to over-look the river and Southbank. Public seating was created and a viewing platform took advantage of the sunset view along the river at dusk.
The Treasury Casino was proposed to become a top-end designers outlet with a 5 star restaurant on the top floor to over-look the river.
