This project is located between the City Hall and Art Gallery in Toowoomba. These Deco styled heritage buildings offered design inspiration for the new arbour. My role was to provide detail plans for construction that included location and levels for each landing pad, gradients across the site and coordination with TRC staff, consultants team and contractors to ensure the final product was of quality standard.
